Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped or been prepared for pickup.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. Grey Clothing begins processing orders promptly to ensure timely fulfillment.

To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, customers must contact us in writing with their order number. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours or after shipment has occurred will not be accepted.

Grey Clothing reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside of this policy.
