Shipping policy
Grey Clothing is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers once an order has been handed over for delivery.
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Any damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Grey Clothing is unable to issue refunds, replacements, or credits for items damaged or lost by the carrier.
We recommend retaining all original packaging and documentation, as these may be required by the carrier when submitting a claim.
All duties, taxes or any related charges are the responsibility of the customer. If these go unpaid and the package is returned, a return shipping charge will be issued prior to the package being resent.
