Exchange/Store Credit

PLEASE CONTACT info@greyclothing.ca BEFORE sending back any items - we will provide you with the address in which to send your item(s) back if the exchange is approved.


Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. Orders placed online will be given a store credit code that can be used ONLINE ONLY.

ONLINE ORDERS: Your 7 day period starts the day you receive your item.

IN STORE PICKUPS: Your 7 day period starts 48 hours after your item is ready for pickup.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email info@greyclothing.ca prior to sending your items back to the below address to notify us of an exchange/store credit request.

Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item on exchange will be sent or a store credit will issued to your account. Original shipping charges will not be credited. If your item qualifies for Free Shipping the shipping amount will be deducted from your credit. 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Please note: all preorder/order-in items are final sale

 

Last-Of Summer, Sale, Clearance, Black Friday, Cyber Week, Boxing Week, etc and items purchased with a discount code are final sale.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product for exchange or store credit, please contact info@greyclothing.ca for address details. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Grey Clothing is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers once an order has been handed over for delivery.

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Any damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Grey Clothing is unable to issue refunds, replacements, or credits for items damaged or lost by the carrier.

We recommend retaining all original packaging and documentation, as these may be required by the carrier when submitting a claim.
