International Orders

International Orders — Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other customs-related charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to pay the applicable import charges, the shipment may be returned to Grey Clothing at the customer's expense.

Any eligible refund or store credit for a refused shipment will be assessed once the merchandise has been returned and inspected. Original shipping charges and any actual return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage, or related fees incurred by Grey Clothing may be deducted from the amount refunded or credited, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If the customer requests reshipment, all outstanding charges and new shipping costs must be paid before the order is resent.

By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.
